Weddings

Phoenix Audio Entertainment has provided DJ services, for weddings big and small through the Chicagoland area for the last 20 years. We have a great deal of experience in Ceremonies, as well as non-traditional wedding/reception locations

(i.e.Barns, old monasteries, greenhouses, outdoors.)

We provide a quality sound system and lighting to create a fun and energetic atmosphere for every wedding.

From cocktail, speeches, first dance to the last dance, we provide you with the music, experience and equipment to make sure it's an environment all of your guests will enjoy!

Prices begin at $895.00 for cocktail/reception

Conferences/Meetings

Whether is a small meeting or large conference, Phoenix Audio can provide you with a quality experience for your audio needs.

We will walk through all of your audio/AV needs for your event. From speakers on stage to video presentations, our experience will make sure all of your attendees are able to hear every moment.

Prices begin at $525 for the first 4 hours

Charity & Special Events/Parties

Phoenix Audio Entertainment has a great deal of experience working with charity/non-profit organizations.

We have provided live sound/DJ services for large outdoor events and well as smaller indoor gatherings and parties.

We provide music suitable for all ages, as well as the ability to keep all those attending involved and entertained.

Pete was very attentive and WANTED to do a good job and ensure my guests were enjoying the music. He also made sure my wishes were heard and honored. Excellent service and experience! Everyone said how much fun it was! The music and lights really can make or break a wedding- mine was made.

I appreciated the one-on-one interactions. He was easy to reach and always very quick to respond (even when I found a new song at 11pm and wanted to make to sure it was added to the list... I sent him a text message and received a confirmation immediately).
He also assisted coordinating and ensuring everything went smoothly with our 20+ person bridal party. Would highly recommend as a wedding service .
I had 165ish guests, had two separate areas with music (tent and barn area), and an active dance floor all night.

Carissa's Wedding:

Peter was the AMAZING DJ for my wedding. He was a god. I was so nervous and high strung about the entire process, but from our first e-mail he put me at ease. I didn't know what I wanted, and he was able to take what little info I was able to give and make something wonderful! He kept the reception on track, gave everyone their cues, and kept my husband and me calm. He even was able to seamlessly work in a last minute surprise I had for my husband. I had an older crowd, so there weren't a lot of dancers... but he kept the ones that danced on their toes and gave us an amazing time.

He is organized and amazingly flexible with changes and had ideas for music that I had never even thought of! I'd have to say that with him as my DJ, my life was made easier with planning my wedding.

Events:

Peter was our DJ at the Lemont/Homer Glen Relay for Life. The last two years, we had become very discouraged because we could never hear the DJ. We thought it was maybe just the size of the field, but we were wrong. It's because we didn't have Peter!! We could hear everything... music, announcements, his hilarious jokes, etc. The event ran so smoothly this year and a large part of it was due to him. With all the participants (almost 500!) being able to hear what was going on, there was no confusion.

Peter goes above and beyond the call of duty. Before the event, months out, he was doing his own research on Relay for Life and what it was all about so he could do the best job possible. He was on the computer scoping out the location, asking questions, attending meetings, and making sure that we got everything we needed. He's also super organized, and created binders for the event himself. He really cares about his clients and wants to do the best for them.

At the event, Peter was amazing. He's funny on the mike, and he really gets the crowd pumped up. He's so flexible and will accommodate anything that might come up. For example, at one point in the night, our generator gave out. That didn't stop him from yelling to get everyone's attention to let them know what was going on! But my favorite came at about 3:00 am. It started lightning and raining, and everyone started scrambling to clean up their campsites. But not Peter. Instead, he moved all the equipment in the tent, and was still encouraging us!! He even played songs like, "Singing in the Rain" and "It's Raining Men" to make us smile and laugh. He wasn't going to stop until we got the official word!

All night, people were talking about what a fantastic DJ he was. We already mentioned to him to hold the date for next year. We loved him!!!!!! If you're looking for a DJ that really cares, gets involved, and is fun, Peter is your guy!!!!!!
